The warranty on our electric nail drills is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee can be extended annually in the form of insurance for €39.95 per year. You can register this on the order page after adding to the shopping cart or up to 365 days after purchase. Always make sure to keep the proof of purchase and original packaging box as proof of purchase.

This warranty is only valid for the electric nail router. Wear materials carry a 6-month limited warranty. Always read the manual before use to prevent wear and defects.

If your product does not work properly as a defect of the manufacturer and the warranty conditions are met, your electric nail drill will be repaired or replaced. This is determined by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, damage or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes.

The warranty does not apply to nail cutters that have been modified, altered or repaired by an unauthorized Naera Pro retailer or manufacturer. For warranty questions, please contact a customer service representative or visit us at www.naerapro.com.

If the device is not working properly, we require digital images of the nail drill as well as a copy of your original purchase receipt. In case of replacement or repair, payment is required to cover shipping and handling costs (depending on your place of residence).
